The most important commitment I made when redoing my first floor was contracting with Lynn to lead me through the process.  Working in my house through COVID convinced me that it was time I finally tackle the rehab but I literally had no idea where to begin. Lynn got me through every decision transforming my space literally into an oasis admired by folks ranging from friends to the lady who delivers my mail!

Lynn gently helped me to see how much more i could get out of my space than I had originally imagined.  Many people bring a lot of their own ideas to their house remodel.  Literally I had vague ideas about colors and metals.  I would have stalled one week in without Lynn's help letting me know what needed to happen, what came next, where were the missing visual elements that couldn't be passed up.  Thanks to her I have amazing appliances, beautiful and creative cabinets, and a reading nook that I hadn't had the imagination for.  When countertops became a crisis, she hounded production companies; when furniture was delivered with scars she dealt with returns, when the fridge delivery became a nightmare, she scrambled to find the same fridge in stock with another company and handled all the cancellations and reorders.  When she couldn't find the table of my dreams in my budget, she surprised me by delivering one she constructed herself.  Honestly I can't say enough.

Some readers may read this and think well, clearly this homeowner doesn't know what they are doing and relies on her designer to make very basic decisions like what faucet to buy.  And while, yes that is true, a meticulous friend who has now started working with Lynn similarly sings her praises.

Finally, I want to point out that I had previously thought that an interior designer was needed for large spaces.  My homes is a very small urban duplex.  But I am now convinced that these skills are even more needed because you don't have a lot of wiggle room with 750 sq feet!

Can't say enough about how great Lynn is!
